Page Park is a master of grief yoga, who harnessed the power of yoga and breathwork to reconnect with herself. After years of prioritizing others, her personal journey through yoga led to self-discovery. Incorporating yoga asana, meditation, and gratitude journaling, she experienced a shift in attitude and resilience. Page utilized these tools and the teachings from her SoulWork yoga teacher training to create programs that assist others in their healing journeys.
