Page Park is a master of grief yoga, who harnessed the power of yoga and breathing to reconnect with herself. After years of prioritizing others, she found her path through her personal yoga journey. Incorporating yoga asana (physical practice), meditation, and a gratitude journal, she experienced a shift in her attitude and an enhanced capacity to manage life's challenges. Page utilized these tools and the knowledge gained from SoulWork yoga teacher training to create programs that assist others.
